I am a 19 year old Ghanaian student and a new writer looking for finanial support to publish my novels in USA or Europe. Novels entitled "Journey to the traesure tomb" "Legend of the hidden kingdom" "Hero" and others which are all unpublished fictions of England and Africa setting.

I'm wondering what you need the financial support for, except perhaps the expense of mailing things overseas?
You should not be paying a publisher to publish your book. You should not be paying an agent upfront to represent you. You are selling a commodity!
You mentioned that you are a student. Are any of your teachers writers? Or could you talk to them about the process necessary to publish your writing overseas?

I would highly recommend starting with using the Check Spelling feature on this site, Word Processors, etc.

Try your government, see if they have grants available for writers wanting to first, copyright and submit for publication..
