I agree, your GP is the first port of call. But, for the NHS to pick up the tab ( and many people will ask why should they ), it has to be proven that your 'miniscule' breasts are causing you great psychological distress, a lot more than just 'hating' them. This is a difficult matter for a man to answer, I agree, and I cannot imagine the kind of distress that this may be causing you. And no, I am not unsympathetic at all. But the crux of this matter is 'free boob job' ..... you may have to end up taking a loan for it otherwise and you happiness can be restored, albeit at a price!

There are certain exercises for this. Put your back straight against the wall. Then position both arms in a T form ( the shoulders and upper arm straight and the lower arm elbow to fingertips dangling). But they should be against the wall too. Then both hands moves up and down. The upper arm should be steady , only the lower half , from elbow to tip of fingers should do the movement. When you bring the hands down (elbow to fingertips) the palms would be facing the wall. and when you bring this up , the back of your palms should be facing the wall. Do this while maintaining the T shape . Remember to do this exercise against a wall. You can increase the frequency and number as you get used to it. This is believed to enlarge the breast.

what type of category is this...usually when someone is wanting a boob job...they keep it to themselves, this is a public website for god sake. I dont want to know about your wanting of a boob job...what do u have already? a double D...what is the next size up? i dont know, and i dont really care. Just gain weight, but keep exercising so it doesn't look bad. Haven't you seen all that the stars go through with those things? And they are noticeably not real. Be happy with what you've got.
