Hi, if you the same desperate that's posting re quick sale of house through disabiliy. You are going to find it hard to borrow money on a limited income. Since you are selling your home why do you want to re-decorate, try lowering your asking price to cover the fact it needs re-decorating you might have better interest that way. The other thing i can think of that you can try is the leaflets/adverts re selling your house for quick cash and allow to rent it back of them, but check it throughly first (no experience of this but seen a few leaflets and don't know if it's a con)

Your going to find it hard because of the limit you can pay back. If you own a house you may be able to release some of the capital. You could try speaking with disability for a grant if it was something you needed

Check out The Social Fund but it will have to be something you desperately need but, you don`t have to pay it back.

Try your bank. My dad is on income support and his bank gave him a loan!

Some local governments can lend you so contact your benefits agency to see what there is on offer.
