Certainly not the citizens this year. Still, I'm leaning towards GOP control of the Senate being more likely, largely because the Democrats have no platform. Voters like candidates that are pro-something more than they like candidates that are anti-something.

I think george bush has pretty much ruined it for the republican party and I wouldn't be surprized to see democrats take over this year in either the house or senate or maybe both.
