Yes it still works as moisturizer just fine. I would be more concerned with WHAT you are using than anything. Do not use anything with mineral oil, lanolin, dyes, perfumes or animal by-products in it. Read your labels. These ingredients actually are harmful to the skin not to mention they can cause allergic reactions that you may or may not even be considering, like headaches, sinus trouble, muscle aches. (Allergies aren't always in the form of red, itchy rashes.)
May I suggest your checking out www.arbonne.com and finding out about pure, safe and beneficial skincare/cosmetic products that at made from herbal and botanical ingredients that are hypoallergenic and dermatologist approved.

yea if you use the right type. when im at work in the middle of that day and my feet get ashy i just put on some lotion (nivea is really really great) and my skin is soft and smooth. if anything it last longer when you put it on in the middle of the day rather than as you get out the shower.

sure it will. Try the olay creme ribbons body wash in the shower, then skin milk body lotion later. seems to be a good combo.

Sure, I apply it all day. It just absorbs better into damp skin.
