Apply an oil based (but fragrance free or else it will compete with your perfume!) lotion or even unscented baby oil on your main pulse points where your skin is naturally warmer which helps release the scent and then apply your perfume. Also try perfume oils instead of spray, they last much longer and are stronger, and DON'T spray perfume on your hair!!!!! The alchohol in it will dry out your locks if you must they have special fragranced sprays made for your hair but regular perfume on your hair is a big no,no.

Are you sure it's wearing off? Sometimes I can't smell my perfume by the end of the day but other people can. Try using a perfume that does stay on all day like Ralph Lauren perfumes like Ralph, Blue, or Glamorous. Also try Perry Ellis 360 or any Jessica Mclintock perfumes. All of the above will stay on all day.

First, sample perfumes and find one that works with your body's chemistry. One you like on someone else may not smell the same on you. When you make your purchase, buy a gift set, which will include shower gel and lotion. By layering the scent you will get a more lasting effect. Also be sure to spray your perfume on your body, not your clothing. Spraying at pressure points (crook of elbow, behind knee, cleavage and behind ears) will allow the scent to be released more frequently for a lasting effect!

Most of the time, the smell does not wear off as quickly as you think. Because you use the scents on a regular basis, you become used to it. So, because you are used to it, it does not have quite the impact on your senses as it did when you first started using it. This is the reason some people use too much perfume or cologne, they think it is worn off when, in fact, it has not, they are only accustomed to the scent. If you think your scent is wearing off, ask someone who does not sit near you every day, as the same thing will happen with them.

You're supposed to put the perfumed lotion on first. You get this when you purchase the perfume from like Macy's or Hechts in the box where it comes as a package. Put on the lotion THEN the perfume. You'd be amazed

It depends on the actual product you use, eau de cologne has the lowest concentration of perfume oil, then eau de toilette, eau de parfum and finally pafum has the highest concentration therefore lasts longest. Parfum will therefore be more expensive so it depends whether you prefer to reapply a less expensive product or spend more and reapply less often.

As someone else said though I think we become less sensitive to our own perfume and may think the fragrance has gone when it hasn't.

this is what i do. i use kimora lee simons-goddess. when i shower i use irish spring the blue kind. then i use the goddess shower gel, then i put the goddess lotion on. then spray my body with the perfume then put my clothes on and spray with the perfume. and every now and then put more lotion on during the day. it sounds like a lot but when you do it, its not. oh yeah and dont buy perfume from walmart or anything like that because its watered down. if you spend a little more at a department store its oil based and last a lot longer.

I am sure that the smell of your perfume is still there, it is just that you have become used to it and no longer smell it on yourself. Spray a little on your clothing and use perfumed body lotion or body spray also.

Perfumes work better if it's applied to moisturized skin, so put lotion on before you spray the perfume, and it should last longer.
