In my experiences, you first must realize that what ever it is, it's out of your control. And if it has to do with another person (I am only assuming) they probably don't care to much about your resentfulness and bitterness. It really is only hurting you in the long run. Believe me, been there done that. Talk it over with a good friend or a councler.Don't let it ruin your relationship, talk it out and except it and move on. Don't let it eat you up inside. It is not worth it. Good Luck!

Tell who ever it is that pissed you off how mad you are. then go in your room and scream into a pillow, after that throw a fit in your closet. then go have a drink , You'll feel allot better

it would help to elaborate a little but you see the best thing for you to do is carry it to the lord in prayer, you will feel better afterwards if not, it takes time, just dont say anything that you might regret later on.
