I was told by a co-worker that they received rings in 1937, 1942, 1982, 1987, 1991. I really dont belive its true, seeing as though I am a DIE HARD DALLAS COWBOYS FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first two are NFL championships, as there was no Super Bowl until 1967, but the Redskins do have 5 NFL titles and 3 Super Bowl rings.
I don't see what you being dumb enough to be a Cowboys fan has anything to do with how many titles the Redskins have.

Your co worker is correct except there was no Superbowl until the mid sixties. In the forties and thirties they were the NFL champions though. Dallas has a great history but the Skins championship history is just a rich.

Skins won the superbowl in 83 vs. Miami, 88 vs. Denver and in 92 vs. Buffalo. 3 rings.

Hey, I am a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan too!!! I loved last night's game. I really don't think Washington has won 5 rings. Dallas has won 5 rings, and Washington has not won as many as Dallas has. Three rings I think.
