I don't believe anyone in this country (USA) monitors who you sleep with!
Not sure where you live.

Let's suppose you are divorced, or are in the process of a divorce. There's just one little problem, sex has never been a weak point in your marriage. As a matter of fact, it probably has been the only constantly good part of the relationship.
Every state has its own laws concerning Divorce, however you need to realize that while each state has its own laws, they do follow pretty much the same code.
The reason they ask that you dont have sex with your soon to be ex spouse is that there is a risk of pregnancy. Pregnancy in a relationship where the couple are already having problems only makes it worse because the man and often the woman can feel as though the other person made them pregnant just to keep them.
The judge can ask you if you have been having sex with your spouse and you have two choices you can either tell the truth or you can lie or you always have a third choice. YOu and your ex spouse can agree to tell the truth or you two toegther can lie and please if your going to stick to the same story.

That is true. If either one of you informs the court that there has been relations between the two of you since your split, then yes, it will become void and you will have to start all over again.

Do what your heart tells you to. I know most people would tell you to stay together for the sake of your kids, but honestly I believe opposite. When those kids are a little older, do you really think they'll want to see you with someone you dont even like?......whether it's their father or not, I think in their interest, they'd rather see you HAPPY. So do what you think would lead you to have the best life.

In alot of states there are separation laws. You have ot be separated from your spouse for like a year.
I would assume that sleeping with them could violate that rule. But who is gonna prove it.

my lawyer told me not to because it would prolong the divorce because there still is a chance for the marriage to work.
the only way anyone would find out if one tells a his/her lawyer
if you want to sleep with him/her wait till it is final that way there cannot be any chance of delay

YES, HAVING SEX WITH YOUR SOON TO BE EX CAN VOID YOUR DIVORCE, IF THE JUDGE FINDS OUT ABOUT IT, OR THE LAWYERS. CALL YOUR LOCAL COURT DEPT. IN YOUR STATE.
