Okay So I Have The New Itunes 7.....?

Can anyone explain to me what Determing Gapless Playback Informatiom means ??? Its been doing this since i installed it and since i have over 14000 songs this is gonna take a while. Can you stop this ?

I just downloaded the Itunes 7 upgrade and all that means is it's going through your library to make sure there's no gap after each song so when you make a CD, you won't hear the 2 second pause after a song is finished playing.

Thanks for the warning mate. I was going to install it this evening and I've got about 8000 tracks. I won't bother now.
