I did both my Bachelors Degree & MBA via a distance learning program - the first thing I would ask you is: do you have the discipline to do it?
You need to understand that this will take time (in my case 3 years for the MBA) and you need to be able to say 'no' when your friends phone you up & ask you if you want to go out & party; I'm not saying that your life ends when you start but discipline will be needed to make sure you finish what you started.
As for the rest, your best answer is to get it from the Dean at the faculty of the University you wish to apply to.
By the way, it is worth it; if I look at what I'm currently making & the job offers I got once I finished my MBA, those 3 years of hard work are paying off; I'm easily making 30-50K more than when I didn't have it & enjoying my work a lot more!!
Good luck!
