you can access internet and send emails from your phone if you have the GPRS facility enabled on your account by your mobile service provider. Contact your mobile service provider for more info.

BTW, your mobile instrument should also have the capability to access the internet. Check with your mobile phone manufacturer if your model support it or not

U can instant message mobile phones for free (unless it cost the phone holder money to get text messages) You can do it on AOL you but the number in the text box like this +5555555555 you put the plus sign than the phone number! You will get a message after you send the message saying that the carrier may or may not see it depending on were they are and what carrier tehy are. I have found that it works best with Verizon phones! Aol should have more information on how to do it if you have aol. Hope I helped

You can email to a person's mobile phone for free. But it may cost them to receive the message. That's how my Vodafone account works. Free to those people emailing me at my address but it shows up on my bill.

It depends on the mobile service. For example if you are trying to e-mail a cingular phone then you would use something like this: 12145551212@cingularme.com. You need to check the web site of wireless provider to see what to put after the @ symbol.
