First off quit chewing on them things.

Secondly what kind of material is the shirt?

Try a good spray & wash like "Shout" on the stains. Wash the shirt as normal.

Any time I get a grease-based stain on a shirt I put a dab of dishwasher soap like Dawn or Palmolive on it and let it sit for at least and hour, then I wash the shirt just like I would normally. It works at getting grease stains out 99% of the time.
