in Punjab many villages..are there..which just dream of getting into Indian hockey teeam...don't think they are orthodox..as they are far better...then any foreign coach .its all about facilties...and proper infrastructure...( many hockey players of today..don't have enough money ...so that's why they prefer to reside in villages...)
as indian hockey is not promoted as comparison to cricket..i knmow few companies like ONGC or other are started supporting them ..but they need more hands..
these punjbi coach know each adn and every nuance of the game...all they need money....
