Yes, the GWBTBTSRF. George W Bush and Tony Blair Top Secret Retirement Fund. There are other TSRF's but theirs is the most secret. For example, the GBTSRF is Gordon Brown's but not so secret especially in the US. He has his fund invested in North Sea Oil; just in case Scotland does get Independence one day. or the Arabs run out.....

Here's a great website that defines the clearances of the US govt. The Department of Energy has the Q, R or L levels which are above and beyond the other top secret clearances of other departments.
