What does Global warming have to do with what you wear?
If you're going swimming, wear a bathing suit. Cover up with a cute dress. Simple.

try using a loreal sun screen spray (cant remember the name) zats colourless

I don't think global warming has anything to do with you swimwear. So you can pretty much wear anything your hart desires, just use a good sun protection factor sun screen.
