If he loses weight it gets a bit smaller, if he gains weight it gets bigger and fatter just like his belly.

I think it does, im now 41 and mine has shrunk down to 8.5 inches. if you find a cure for this please let me know. I have heard that if you rub it against a large c*****is this slows down the process but i think this is a old wives tail.

Yes. As well as any other organs and glans becomes skimpy the sexual organs too get old shrinking while decreasing libido too.

No .. it's their beer belly that gets bigger, so it just LOOKS like their penis is getting smaller. It's actually hidden more. ;-)
