i have opened few documents ...how can remove it ... so it look didn't opened anything.

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.
Clear the Recently used file list check box, and then click OK.

you can clean your computer history. there's a good prgram called CCleaner, it's free. But you can do it using Windows tool too. Just go to Taskbar & start menu properties, choose start menu tab,and click customize - there, you'll see a button that says "clear" and you will clear all document history.
