Any time is the right time.
Some people are more morning people, others are more night people... and some are mid/afternoon people.
Each type gets in the mood easier on their own schedule.
But there is no "specific" time to do it.... Just do it whenever you feel like it. Sometimes my wife will wake me up in the middle of the night without saying a word to jump my bones.
