Blogspot.com to just .com?

I would like to change from my current http://cloverwithcharisma.blogspot.com to http://cloverwithcharisma.com. How do I do this?

You need to buy a domain name and have a web server host your site. I recommend going through PageWaiter...they are cheap and very good.
