I have a friend who i have been friends with for a long time. she's the kind of person who doesnt take s h i t from guys. about 2 and a half years ago she met this guy and apparently fell in love. he's a dog because we found him cheating on her twice and he gave her 3 std's. but she still loves him and goes back to him every time. they also have a child together. am i wrong for being upset with her because when she "left him" i helped her and she moved back with him.

IF she is that stuped, then she deserves every thing she gets, I mean, If a dog bites you once, you dont go back for him to bite you twice. And NO you are not wrong for being upset with her, It:s clear to see that your friend likes to be mistreeted by a scum-bag. She needs mentel help.

It's not really a question of right or wrong for you here. Sure you are hurt because you extended your efforts and your friend pretty much took what you gave her and decided to be with the guy anyway. Yes you can be upset with her and even voice to her that you feel badly about the situation. However it seems like she needs a friedn right now more than she needs you to be upset with her. Somehow she has to open her eyes and see what is really happening and if you are her close friend you stand a better chance of actually geting through to her. If you find that it's just not worth it and she's not learning then I would tell her you cant keep putting yourself out there and that when she is ready to be an adult you will be there for her. Hope that helps.

You are right to be upset.. but here's the thing.. NO matter what you do or say she will always go back to the guy..I have a friend who is in a situation similar to that and she is now 2 months pregnant and I want to knock some sense in her... Women like this have to learn on their own, they have to get sick and tired of that crap all by themselves...All we can do as Best Friends is be there for them no matter what... The worst thing you could do is not talk to her because you are upset.. We love our friends for everything they are, even if they are dumba*sses..and make stupid decisions...

No you are right from your side. You are doing the duty of a good friend. But this is also true that your friend is unable to understand you. But there is no need to be upset for her. Just try to convince her. The most important thing is time. Time tells everything. So wait if you are right she will listen to you one day.

Yes, and the reason why you are upset is because you love her and you don't want to see her hurt anymore and its kills you inside to talk with her about her problems when you are thinking differently on the whole issue

No,,,you're not wrong to be upset with her but don't alienate her. Continue to be her friend and be there for her. She definitely needs a good friend right now to help her.

u should talk to her and then she can help the best way u can so that u can be her friend and nothing else that is good so if u talk to her is a good thing so tell that she can have a friend that cares about her so that what she need at the moment so just talk to her about it and that would be a good thing.

you are not wrong for helping her leave him, if that is what you are asking. you are doing the right thing for her. most people cant see they are in a bad relationship while others can just for the fact that you can see all the things that happen. tell her how you feel. if she cant leave him, there is not much you can do till she sees whats going on.
