I was wondering if I go to a tattooist they would be able to work around this, maybe incorporate it, and do me a half or full sleeve? Or would they have to go over it?

if you want it incorporated they can if you want it covered they can...just make sure you do your research and go to a good tattooist...go to one that does their own designs (then you can speak to them about what you want and come up with a design you're happy with and have had some input into) and doesn't just use flash.

Hate to be a kill joy, i expect you are still very young so what you should be doing is asking yourself do you really want more tattoo's and how will it affect you in later life when you go for certain jobs etc, i know people should not judge a book by its cover but sadly many people still do this.
Its very hard and very painful to get them removed !

The tattoo artist will be able to work around this.....they are very good and make great suggestions. They listen to what you want and draw it up....if you don't like that they work with you until you like the drawing. Tell them what you want and you will surely be amazed

I know that Keanu Reeves had a tatoo that said Winona Rider Forever and when they broke up he had it changed to Wino forever so I guess these things can be changed.

i have four tats if you trust tatooist there should not be a problem i had a dragon and a butterfly made to suite me on my back it all depends on perfrance

Tattoo artists are great, they can work with anything, just tell them what you want, and let them work their magic!

they can do whatever you like, if they are a good professional.
If they say they can't, go elsewhere to someone who can.
