I think this should go hand in hand. There should not be any debate on this, both completes the other in their own ways.
But let's not forget the famous saying "behind every great man is a woman." =)

If my woman completes me I make every attempt to make sure she is complete too.
Some women are wierd and don't want to complete after I am. Or a 3rd or 4th time.
Oh well.
