Yes, plus being stupid enough NOT to realize this, is an abuse of your own mind! Get a grip girl and:
a) call the police
b) get out of the house
c) FACE FACTS!!!

Back in the cave persons day that would probably have been considered a show of affection. However I don't recall ever hearing that they had pc's then.. Come on, are you
this desperate for attention, that you need to ask? I would suggest a really good therapist
that can help you with the difference of right and wrong, but before you learn the difference get a really big hammer and beat this beast but good. After all you didn't know it was abuse when you killed him.!!! Remember this ignorance is no friend to you. Turn him over to the cops and get an order of protection. NOW

If you have to ask.....yes it is. Abuse can be mental as well as physical. You might want to call the cops. Don't mistake that for love either. A man who loves you would never put his hands on you except as a tender caress. Even if he apologizes & it keeps happening. Or stay at a family members house until this issue is resolved. Sometimes it takes nothing to trigger an abusive person to be abusive. Get out as fast as you can.

If I posted that question, what would you call it? I think you already know the answer but fear keeps you from being true to your self.
When I'm afraid I cry to make the pain disappear, tears always make me feel strong, it's like throwing everything to the wind and letting go. It may not work for everybody but it will put you in control when you admit to the things in your life and take charge.
Good Luck.

Yes, that is abuse. You answered your own question by saying you didn't do anything wrong. Here's the thing, men who beat on women don't necessarily need a reason. They are just punks. I have dealt with that in the past, and I was stupid for believing they would change. They never change, they just get worse. My advise to you is to get away from him. Men don't beat on women, punks do.

If I were you I would take pictures with all the bruises and scarrs you have from getting beat up, I would call the cops on his *** and make sure you dont see him ever again. Make him go to jail for domestic violence, and testify against him so he can spend some time in Jail. How can you stand this bastard I would have killed him already...

What kind of question is that? You know as well as anybody else on here that it is? I'm not sure if you think that abuse is a joke or if your trying to get a friend to understand. But, whatever the case, yea it is abuse.

Of course this is abuse. You need to get a restraining order and leave tis man. Any man that puts his hands on a woman is a coward. If he's done it once, he will do it again.

Hmmm... in my house and mind it would be. If you enjoy that kind of thing, then no it's not abuse. Personality, I'd be out of there instead of sitting in front of a computer. It wouldn't happen a second time with me.

Abuse yes, although it's also oppresive, violent, controlling and pretty much out of order. Call the police.
