It really depends upon your situation. If you have kids, the rules will be the same regardless. No overnight guests, no excessive alcohol, and whatever your custody agreement is. Outside of the kids, you have more rules prior to divorce than after. You must be cautious about dating (some say don't date at all) and I would not enter into any legal and/or financial agreement unless a separation agreement is already in place to protect your investment.

Yes, the minutes you received at the hearing act as a temporary order from the court. If you violate them, you could end up hurting yourself when it comes time for that final judgement. I know it may be hard, but it's a short period of time. Do what it says now and you'll be better off in the long run.

If you don't want anything held against you when the divorce is final.... don't do anything immoral or unsavory before the divorce is final... simple.

It would seem that they are not rules until a judge has signed the order.
But if it means you are to stay away, then, yes, you better obey that one!
