Two solutions:
1. These are the name of three persons. Dumb is the name, he goes and just tells the person whose name is blind.
2. He holds the blind man's finger and start writing with his finger, the blind man understands by the movement of his own finger.

We've had several variations on this same theme over the time Answers has existed. I suppose it does not occur to anyone that such so-called "logic puzzles" are offensive to those with the handicaps named? They are, of course, because the whole concept of communication through more limited channels than most of us use is treated as laughable. Would you like someone to joke about crutches if you needed them to get around?

The blind learn Braille, and the deaf and mute learn sign language. They also write notes. The term "dumb" used to mean mute, but has since been used long enough to mean "stupid," that now it is an insult to call a mute "dumb."

The blind also learn to listen carefully, and can distinguish sounds and the direction they came from much better than sighted people. Deaf people watch much more intently than those who can hear, especially noticing even very subtle movements. And mute people who are not also deaf (most are; they can't talk because they can't hear themselves talk) learn to both watch and listen very carefully, and communicate either by standard sign language or by writing things down.

Please get over thinking it is amusing to make jokes about people's handicaps. It is going to limit your friendships seriously.
