Well, my understanding that the single trip to space sets them back something like 6 million dollars. Select a profession that is maximally lucrative, and you should be good to go.
Actually, the cost may drop, like computer equipment and software....stay tuned.

Lotsa cash. Plus you have to pass tests. The Russians didn't let Lance Bass ride even though he offered them 20 million.
