Yes, a person can realize their dreams. If you can see it in the picture screen of your mind, you can make it come true! Our minds are very powerful. Often Albert Einstein would wake up in the middle of the night with information from his dreams, and apply it. You have the power to change into the person you alway dreamed of!

Some people have highly developed perceptions to read what others are thinking. Mediums are good at seeing and interpreting other people' s dreams.
