The fuse is good but no power to it. Under the hood all the fuses are fine. What could this mean. I didnt know how to check the relay. The only OBD code says bank one is too lean.

You didnt specify the vehicle you are referring to. For what its worth, bank 1 lean code is P0171. This has nothing to do with ABS. The only information I can ascertain with what you provided so far is that this vehicle is equipped with a V engine (V6 or V8). Just for future reference, when asking any type of vehicle question, the more info you provide, the better the quality of answers you will receive.

You need a special tool to access ABS codes. Sounds to me like your power relay is out. This usually means replacing the board and will cost some money. I've fixed mine by getting the part from a salvage yard and it cost me $30 and some change. Go to a mechanic and get it properly diagnosed and go to car-part.com for the part that you need. A new board is very expensive.
The intake manifold is probably the reason your bank (side of engine) is too lean. My Windstar had the exact two problems you mentioned.

you have an open independent twine. A independent twine in maximum case may well be for 2 circuits. One in no way knows for valuable purely how the wires run interior the partitions & purely the place they are interconnected. If the two rooms are on the same circuit then hopefully the closest shops between the two rooms would be the place the priority ought to be. If that may not the case then a man or woman would desire to step lower back & attempt to think of of how the wiring is going previously establishing a brilliant form of issues.

Too few hints to work with.
If as you claimed that all fuses are fine then check for earthing,
that is also a critical area for the circuit to function, without proper earthing to the body no electrically operated appliance can function

You may have a bad sensor. Take your car to a dealer.

Agree with others odb code is nothing to do with abs.You need to take it to a garage. Also you do not give enough details to give sensible answers.Best of luck Mick.
