Have you taken a pregnancy test?
Just because the symptoms have stopped does not mean you are not pregnant. Many people just have morning sickness during their first trimester (First 3 months). You should feel lucky to not have all these symptoms right now. (depending on how far along you are).

Dont start panicking unless you wake up in blood, then you could be having a miscarriage. Thats when you start panicking

I am 14 weeks pregnant and my breast stopped hurting weeks ago, I know from an ultrasound on Friday that all looks well, so lack of signs could be nothing maybe just low hormone levels BUT it could be a sign that your levels were to low to support your pregnancy. I read a question similar to your last night and it turns out the girl lost her baby at 6 weeks. You can get lots of answers good and bad but really you need to get to the doc and have your HCG checked
God bless and Good luck

Usually the nausea only lasts for the first trimester. If you are really worried, go by your doctors office. They will probably listen to the heart beat for you and reassure you that everything is ok.

If you are very early in pregnancy and your symptoms stopped instantly you need to go in and see if you've miscarried. Although a lot of women experience no symptoms, if you started out with symptoms they should not have just stopped. Please see your doctor so they can tell you for sure if everything is ok. Good luck.

Doestn mean anything at all. Except that you can now enjoy your pregnant life a little more.

You can lose your morning sickness and pain and such at any time during your pregnancy. Even the first trimester.

Hey there,

I had my baby boy 5 months ago, and through my pregnancy i didnt experience any of the symtoms, were as my friend did in the first couple of months and then in the last month. Everyone is so different you see, hopefully its nothing to worry about at all.

That doesnt seem to wrong. Just because they went away doesnt mean something is wrong. Your body could just be used to the fact of being pregnant. BUT if your so worried about it call the doctor and tell him!!! Maybe he will get you in there for an appointment to reassure you!!!

Instead of asking us non-doctors what is going on go to your doctor with your concerns. Thats what they are there for. No two pregnancies are the same and a problem or feeling you may hvae may not be the same as what someone else's pregnancy was like.

That doesn't mean something is wrong. Maybe your hormones have leveled out and you are going to have it a little easier from here on out. Be happy!

Good Luck

maybe you're body is getting use to being pregnant. I would however have the dr. schedule an u/s. I don't want to scare you at all but you need to make sure everything is fine. You also need to do it for your own sanity. It is not good for a pregnant woman to worry.... I'm sure everything is fine! You're not puking...that's good!
