A person can be one way with you when your alone but when you get into a group they completly change to acting like someone else

sometimes they just want to fit in with the group. Not knowing that this hurts your feelings. Talk about it with the person. If you don't see an improvement, try doing the same thing and see if they like it.

They could be schizophrenic, although it's sounds more like they just act one way around you and another way when trying to impress certain people.
