I fell asleep in the bath once and my partner woke me up and told me off for nearly drowning. - Yes I was drunk and no I cant really remember being woken up so I guess the answer is that you proably would drown if you fell asleep in the bath!

Winston Churchill died after falling asleep in the bath (I believe, this may be an urban myth, he certainly had a serious drink problem) I would say if you are heavily medicated or drunk you wouldn't wake up

yes i guess you would wake up.....now if you collapsed in the bath...passed out or fainted theres a good chance you would drown...i have fallen asleep in the bath many times....only to wake when the water is freezing....always make sure you fill the bath up half way....because once the body submerges it then becomes full....

I've fallen asleep in the bath a couple of times. Both times I sucked a bit of water up my nose and it woke me up.

I once read somewhere that if your body cant breathe your brain will tell your body to do something about it, ie jump up like a reflex. So you'd have to hav no brain to die hehe unless u choked on the water hehe

Yes I think you would. Unless you are totally drunk or drugged - in which case it would be best to steer clear of a bath full of water.
