Yes. He, Paul Francis Gadd, is apparently a British citizen. If he is British or Irish he cannot be kept out of Britain (Protocol 4 of the European Convention on Human Rights http://conventions.coe.int/Treaty/en/Treaties/Html/046.htm (NOT ratified by the UK, but still persuasive http://conventions.coe.int/Treaty/Commun/ChercheSig.asp?NT=046&CM=7&DF=9/18/2006&CL=FRE ); European Union law).
No person can be excluded from any part of the country of his/her nationality under the above cited rules. Under EU law, no European Union (or EEA or Swiss) citizen can be excluded from any other member state except for grave matters of public health, public safety or public policy. There is no point in arguing the moot point about whether future possible violations of child porn and child sexual abuse would constitute one of those since Gadd is on all the evidence a British national.

Unfortunately he is British and he'll be sent back automatically when he finishes his sentence. Hopefully on his return his passport will be revoked to prevent him ever doing that again.
It's nice to think that with all the publicity his return will attract no-one will not know what he looks like and hopefully he will be vilified as he deserves. An apt ending to his story would be the suicide of a man who has been excluded by society.

Yes, child prostitution is a way of life in the country he was convicted in. If he does something wrong here - then convict him here. Children throughout the world suffer. Most young girls in some countries are prostitutes from puberty. On the streets of many cities - boys live on the streets and get rounded up by police or even executed with a bullet to the head. The girls survive through prostitution.

He shouldn't be allowed out of prison in the first place. He should be put on a desert island (with his wig) and just left there after what he did.
