How can I improve my spoken english?

Practice. Go where English-speaking students and tourists hang out, and talk to people. Tell them you want them to correct you when you say something wrongly, and mean it. Also, listen to the way they say things. Not everyone speaks English well, not even native speakers. So what is it that makes one easy to understand and another hard? Just listen. Also, English-speaking announcers on TV and radio are generally pretty good, although they will still make mistakes once in awhile.

English is such a terribly complex language that I admire anyone who really wants to learn it well who was not born to it. Heck, I even admire those who really learn it well even if they WERE born to it!

The best way is to every time talk in English.I mean to say that always with everyone you speak in English.Maybe your family members or outside members.And if any word in English you are not getting then go to a tourist place and ask them to help you with English.You can buy English speaking course books and CD`s.Actually the best way is to practice and practice because practice makes a man perfect.

if u want to speak fluent english u have to be more bold, courageous and must have the freeness of mind.at home speak in english with your family members,always try to speak in english with your friendsand relatives.there willalways be mistakes at first.but dont worry practise is the main key to success.again, read english books profusely,english newspapers and read lot of conversations in english.just be a little careful about tenses andtry to speak as much correctly and casually as u can.i'm a 14yr old & i can remember this much which my teachers used to say when i were in same stage as u r in. i wish u good luck!
