You would know the answer to that, since you appear to have had one or both. Better yet, ask one of the Bush Administration's puppeteers. I think they botched Bush's stewed brain and turned him into a maniac.
I'm sure you approve of his secret prisons and torture, a month ago, neocons were denying there was such a thing. Libs were wacko to even think it. Well, the worst of his evils will come out. Next it will be Americans secretly detained.
