If civil war broke out inEurope how far would go to defend yourself against christians/muslims?

Human life is sacred, and most be protected at all cost.
If a civil war broke out or should we call it a religious war. The first priority is to defend self.
But we should not become murderous.
Defend, when attacked, protect when necessary, and help if you have to but don’t go all the way and dehumanise your self by enjoying and exploiting the innocents in such a conflict.

Yes defend your self and family if you belong to any camp. But also remember that the outcome and your behaviour during the conflict would never go unremembered.

So use your head if it happens.

I hope it never happens.

Wouldn't a Christian / Muslim war be a holy war, not a Civil war? Civil wars are about claims to geographical areas, like the whole Yugoslavia thing.

And if war was to break out I'd do whatever was deemed necessary to defend myself.

I am neither Christian or Muslim, so assuming you are talking about both religous groups wanting to seize power in a civil war then I would go as far as needed to secure my nation (UK) in a position that allows secular democracy, and probably would support others in Europe who wish the same.

I am not in Europe so this does not apply to me.

However, I do live in the U.S and well We need to get our Priorities straight before we worry about the rest of the world!!

I can only speak to civil war in the US. I would defend myself and my family, with extreme prejudice, until I couldn't.

I wouldn't ask what religion they were - just shoot the buggers. If you are in a war - the religion of your enemy is irrelevant. If Muslims understood that - they wouldn't be killing themselves and their families. Besides, killing innocent people in a war is stupid. A strategist cuts their supply lines. The supply of oil should have been cut to German forces 60 years ago. Cutting the supply of oil and oil money to terrorists today - would end terrorism.

I guess everybody would choose their 'own' side because it's human nature to defend what's dear or familiar to you.
In UK for example it would be more difficult in certain areas because they have become ghetto-ised.
