In most heroic epics like Gilgamesh women are traditionally portrayed as pure like the virgin Mary who gives birth to a Savior and or hero who will rescue his people or as an evil temptress who will bring about his downfall like in the story of Sampson and Deliah. In any case the women are usually very one dimensional and only symbolic for story purposes

im like studying that now in history ugh its so boring but to help the women had alot of jobs, and like in later civilizations women didnt have as many jobs, they were sribes and in some cases like lower ranks of preists but basiclaly they had like a major role
