I would choose the Pittsburgh Steelers' defense because they are a winning defense. They excel against the run and their zone blitz makes it difficult for teams to conduct an efficient passing game.

The Ravens are back to being the best defense in the league in almost all categories. I see them carrying the Ravens to the playoffs.

the cowboys. i think the game with the jaguars was kind of an abomination. the offense didnt help to much with all of their miscues which lead the defense to playing on a short field on almost every series. plus look at the loss of TO the defense will be relied on heavily to carry the team.
