can you give me some tips to build good muscles in gym.

The best tip I can give you is to either have a personal trainer, or most gyms have an individual who can show the correct and safe ways to use all the equipment to work on specific muscles without hurting yourself.

I suggest you stick with either of these (who may not be professionals) but in all probability have more experience than your average person who works out alone.

If you are interested in building muscle, you need to:

1. Eat enough lean protein. (chicken, turkey, fish)
2. Change your lifts. Don't do the same thing week after week, your muscles will get used to it. Change it up often.
3. Use heavy weight and few reps. This builds muscle faster. (3 sets of 3 or 3 sets of 5)

Just do bench presses and regular presses, curls and the usual. But I wound't spend too much time in there. Pumping iron is rather time consuming and boring, and I like the mariial arts better, because it can have a real value, while toning your body at the same time.

try and stick to free weights, mix up your routines. lift heavy, increse your sets and decrease your reps.
