To lower the front - loosen the pinch bolts holding the fork tubes to the steering stem and upper tripple clamp. Slid the fork tubes up 1" - no more than 1&1/2" - The wheel might hit the fairing. Make sure you check the clearance if the forks were to bottom out.

Check Showa or White Bros. websites. You can get shorter springs for the rear and drop the forks in the triple clamp for the front.

on the front the best way to lower it is to have the forks shorten any bike shop can have this done and on the rear they make dog bones that take the place of the old ones on the rear shock.
