I have a four day on-four day off roster.12 hour days,can be tough,but four days off in a row are sweet.Now they want to change it.Theres going to be a rebellion at work over it.

I worked 4 10 hour shifts, it's really nice. Right now I work 3 11 hour shifts which is wonderful!

It has been going on for quite a few years, in the butchers' union. Some of them love it, some don't. Seems to me that it would just mean more time to spend your money, but then, I'm retired and I guess I shouldn't be answering this question.

gee I work 2 days one week and 5 the next...its goes like this mon tues work have wed thur off work fri sat sun have mon tues off work wed thur have fri sat sun off then start all over of course I am working 12 hours when I do this so you are working for the wrong company....doh
