If it helps you can design your own profile on mygen.co.uk where you can change the writing and colour for it. Otherwise if you already have html in your bit wherever you've put everything you need to find out the different codes for the colours which you could also find using the design part of mygen.

if you wanna put up stuff, then try support.myspace.com, there are some premade layouts to choose from+some conversion programs with wich you can design your page.
