If you mean RESTORE, then go to START and pick PROGRAMS. Go to the Accessories section and look for System Tools. Restore is in that section. Go to the RESTORE section and pick the most recent RESTORE POINT.

You might be talking about System Restore. It's under Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools. It allows you to restore your computer to an earlier date.
