I mean which state has the best govt. for now ..? Can you justify ur answer with figures?

well, to me its going to be Tamil nadu. the corruption level of this state is very low. the education level is increasing thus creating awareness among the people. There are no terror attacks and violence is extremely low. there is no gang-bang here. and with limited resource of water the government is doing excellent job.

Tamil Nadu was BEST under the rule of Dr. J. JAYALALITHAA but at present no state is best .....(It is not that I am a follower of AIADMK--I stay far away from Tamil Nadu but my own calculation is so and so) I expect some good administration from Kerala ....but have to see how Achu-Uncle exposing his skills......
If you want to know the worst or most worst I can list.
1) UP, 2) Bihar, 3) Gujraat, 4) Rajasthan, 5) Tamil Nadu, 6) Punjab, 7) W.Bengal, 8) AP, 9) Karnatak.10) Maharashtra......in short all the states are functioning under below average form.

Tamil nadu is the mecca of curruption. other states except kerala are the medhina of currutption.
corruption is the least in keralka as the people genrally ,including those in the last grde in gvernment service and those in th elowest jobs have lot of self-respect and consider tips as alms. The onely state the the whole of inida where even an auto ricksha driver won't take even a single pie more than what is due accodring the meter and wher the auto ricksha meter is not tampered with.The rest of Inidia is rotten even at the highest level.
It is no man's country and anybody who pays is getting whatever he wants , even the country is available for sale . unfortunate.land . forget it .
