Try to conceive on the 16th day of your period when your body temperature is 1 degree above normal. First keep a track record for few months about rise in your body temperature very closely and then conceive. On this day the pH of the urinary tract is conducive to move the y chromosomes quickly and safely to the egg for fertilisation.
