no easy answer to that one. muslims who emigrated to the uk have always found themsleves somewhat segreated both by the uk population, by the language barrier and by their own choice. i think its wrong that the 'twisted minority' should be allowed to represent the views of british muslims, most of whom are decent, moderate people. many muslims have fitted very well in to uk culture, but some struggle too. i think you could say the same about any immigrant group though. just that the others are not in the news.

I doubt if they're becoming segregated yet - apart from their own desire to remain apart.
Most non-mohommedans are somewhat frightened by them now, particularly en masse. so, they may not hate or even dislike them but they WILL try to avoid them.
I'd be worried to invite one into my house because the slightest thing might offend them (such as a copy of Playboy on the table and the pork chops on my plate) and I'd end up with a fatwa.
Certainly, if I was sitting on a train and one or two mohommedans got on, I'd move as far away as possible, just for safety.

I think some sections of the muslim community are becomming seggregated, but the majority will soon follow if the minority of muslims who are cdausing problems in the world continue with their actions. The minority are tarnishing the name of the majority

Yes they are and its their own fault.................If they had the ability to discuss and debate things they are not happy with, then non Muslims would have respect for their point of view, but when your only answer to something you don't like is to bomb, shoot nuns, burn churches and murder, non Muslims won't listen.........perhaps the Muslim world could try, what the rest of the world has come to realise and understand that talking resolves problems not murder......Muslims if you want us to listen to you, change your way of expressing yourselves then, you will be listened to.........or perhaps that's not what you want?

You must become aware of some of the commandments these people are compelled to follow....they are not to befriend Jews or Christians... therefore, in order to accomplish that little feat, they must become segregated and live within themselves. At the same time they are commanded (by another commandment) to convert or kill the infidel (western civilization). They seem to be helpless pawns in this drive to have their religion, the one world religion.

No I just think people's attitudes to them are hardening, now that we know they are living in our midst, but hating us at the same time.
As for the media, wait till they REALLY go to work on Islam. They will whip the indigenous white christian population into a frenzy.

It looks as if the lines between Muslim and non Muslim communities are being drawn, prior to an imminent WWIII or Armageddon.

Did they ever integrate?
I think as a community, Muslims are segregated, but this is through choice rather than attitudes towards them.

i think its all part of their worldwide plan, terrorists are clever ppl dont forget and very manipulative. sure, most muslims are doing their best to live in peace in these hard times but the hardcore nutters seem to want to become segregated from other societies. they all need to b sent back to where they came from.
