how do you transfer mp3s onto a nokia 6230??

well my mums friend gave me a nokia 6230,...i have no idea on how to transfer mp3s from my computer to the phone, do you need extra software for it? or a disc or something? would appreciate replies.

you can get the Nokia PC Suite from their website:
www.nokia.com
It's an all-in-one program for uploading ringtones, games, pictures, videos, messages, etc.
