i want ot sync my outlook 2003 with my optonline.net with 2 computers but when i sync with one it marks them as already synced and i cant from the other.
i found this but its an older version of outlook and i cant find it in 2003. HELP

The same applies to 2003 - you basically want one computer to leave the mail on the server so that the other can open it. They you have one main computer - OR you can put a time limit on leavining it on the server and after x days, it's removed by which ever outlook checks it.
Ignore all the settings - but click all the button depicted here and you'll be able to make that setting:

the best option is in settings->tools-> email accounts-> connection details -> keep my message for x days on server select this and then you can do it in both outlook express
