Why I tear the meat around my fingers when I think to solve a problem or focus my thinking to something when I do homework?

i used to have that habit. i saw how unattractive it was and stopped. every once in awhile i still catch myself doing it. i stop as soon as i realize what i'm doing. it's just a nervous habit.

I think thats called a nervous reaction or habit, kind of like if your a nail biter. Anxiety will cause this, and you will doing it without even thinking about it.. You need to remind yourself not to to do it when your thinking lol.

Obsessive compulsive behaviour. Replace that behaviour with another if you find it gross.
