This is a scam there is no national UK lottery, and you didnt just happen to win it, just delete it im sure you'll get a million more of these.

It is a scam. They will tell you that in order to release your winnings you will need to pay X number of pounds. They will keep telling you it is a small price to pay for the millions of pounds you will be collecting.
It is in the same vein as the ones that say they are a banker and Mr X deposited $14,000,000 in his bank before being killed and leaving no next of kin...He will split the money with you if you help him get the money out of the country...
